About the Role
Ministry Brands is looking for an Account Executive to join our growing team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and prospective clients in the Faith Based Organization (FBO) and Ministry Adjacent NPO space to increase revenue and client retention. You will be communicating the value and benefit of our complete portfolio of solutions, centered around cross-selling additional products, driving net new revenue through renewals and migrations, and managing the full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new opportunities, ensuring that they align with our product offerings
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities to closing the sale and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Present and sell new products to our clients, ensuring they understand the value and benefit of our solutions
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions
- Manage and interpret customer requirements: speak with clients to understand, anticipate, and meet their needs, identify and resolve client concerns, and provide excellent customer service
- Expand market awareness of our products and industry experience communicating the features and benefits of our products and services
- Maintain and enter all prospects and new sales information into Salesforce
- Develop and maintain product knowledge and be an industry expert
Qualifications
- Passionate about helping purpose driven organizations
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience of SaaS sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow-up skills
- Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and teachable
- Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and exceed sales targets
- Demonstrated knowledge of a variety of sales processes, techniques, and technologies
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Successful closing skills and the ability to solve practical problems
- Excellent customer service, time management, and organizational skills
- Must be able to work under pressure to meet inflexible deadlines while maintaining composure
Physical & Travel Considerations
- Ability to work in a remote office environment
- Ability to handle extended periods of computer-based work, including telephone
- Domestic and/or international travel required, estimated up to 25%
