About the role

CB2 Sales Associates are integral to the customer experience, embodying enthusiasm and expertise in everything sold.

Responsibilities

• Support and meet store sales and service goals as directed by the Leadership Team
• Engage actively with customers, focusing on building long-term relationships
• Demonstrate company standards in selling, customer service, visual merchandising, and teamwork
• Promote current promotions, brand initiatives, and events to customers
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products on the sales floor and assist customers with selections
• Ensure appropriate stocking and availability of products for customers
• Participate in loss prevention, security, and safety measures as guided by management
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe, efficient, respectful, and effective team environment
• Assist with customer orders and returns

Requirements

Preferred qualifications include customer service experience and retail experience.
