A Day in the Life
- Support and maintain store sales and service goals and standards
- Engage customers and develop long-term relationships
- Demonstrate company standards in selling, customer service, visual merchandising, and teamwork
- Promote current promotions, brand initiatives, and events
- Maintain a working knowledge of products and sell throughout the store
- Act as a visible and positive presence on the sales floor
- Support loss prevention, security, and safety
- Work collaboratively with other associates
- Assist with product and display management
- Assist customers with product selection and processing orders or returns
