Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Select the right vehicle for customers and negotiate payment terms
• Nurture relationships to build a strong client base
• Know the ins and outs of product offerings and demonstrate new/used vehicles professionally
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referrals
• Overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis

Requirements

• Previous automotive sales experience
• Proven track record of strong performance
• Self-starter mentality and motivation to succeed
• Drive to become a product expert
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and meet insurability guidelines
