Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound phone calls and online inquiries
- Schedule appointments and follow up with no-show customers
- Build rapport and guide customers through the sales process
- Maintain product and financing knowledge
- Present promotions and financing solutions
- Handle objections and close sales
- Update customer activity in the CRM system
- Social media and local business development efforts
- Ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Basic computer proficiency

- Experience in Inside or outside sales
- Commission-based sales

Schedule
Full-time, 5-day workweek
No Sundays
Most Saturdays required with one weekday off
Store hours: Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
