About the role
We're seeking a Sales Associate who shares our passion for pop culture and is ready to provide exceptional customer service. This role involves leading our brand’s mission of creating the best shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages repeat business.
- Use your product knowledge to drive add-on sales through BOPIS and curbside pickup.
- Work the sales floor and ensure visual standards are met.
- Assist with planogram changes and merchandise the store.
- Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners.
- Collaborate with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of store resources.
- Help maintain the store and stock room.
- Support team efforts to achieve store goals.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience.
- Passion for pop culture and philanthropy.
- Excellent customer service and selling skills.
- Age 18 or older.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Able to navigate the store and use approved equipment.
- Able to pack and unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
