About the role

We're seeking a Sales Associate who shares our passion for pop culture and is ready to provide exceptional customer service. Your role will involve creating a welcoming environment where fans can find and enjoy the merchandise they love.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages repeat visits from customers.
• Ensure sales floor zones are visually appealing and meet standards.
• Work the register to process sales transactions and drive add-on sales through features like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes, including updating store maps, walls, fixtures, and merchandising mixes.
• Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners.
• Collaborate with Store Management to prevent misuse of store resources and maintain a secure environment.
• Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Support team efforts to achieve store goals.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
• A strong passion for pop culture and philanthropy.
• Excellent customer service and selling skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• At least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
