About the role
We're seeking a Sales Associate who shares our passion for pop culture and is ready to provide exceptional customer service. Your role will involve creating a welcoming environment where fans can find and enjoy the merchandise they love.
Responsibilities
- Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages repeat visits from customers.
- Ensure sales floor zones are visually appealing and meet standards.
- Work the register to process sales transactions and drive add-on sales through features like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
- Assist with planogram changes, including updating store maps, walls, fixtures, and merchandising mixes.
- Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners.
- Collaborate with Store Management to prevent misuse of store resources and maintain a secure environment.
- Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
- Support team efforts to achieve store goals.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
- A strong passion for pop culture and philanthropy.
- Excellent customer service and selling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- At least 18 years old.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
