We're seeking a Sales Associate who is passionate about pop culture and ready to provide exceptional customer service. Your role will involve creating a welcoming environment for fans to purchase their favorite merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages repeat business
• Ensure sales floor zones are visually appealing and meet standards
• Work the register to process sales and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandise the store
• Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners
• Collaborate with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of store resources
• Help maintain the store and stock room
• Support team efforts to achieve store goals

Requirements

• Previous retail experience
• Passion for pop culture and philanthropy
• Excellent customer service and selling skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
