We're seeking a Sales Associate who shares our passion for pop culture and is ready to provide exceptional customer service. Your role will involve creating a memorable shopping experience, managing inventory, assisting with sales, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages repeat business
- Ensure sales floor zones are visually up to standard
- Work the register to process sales and drive add-on sales
- Avoid misuse of store resources and support maintenance efforts
- Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners
- Collaborate with Store Management to prevent theft
- Perform other tasks as assigned by your Store Leader
Requirements
- Previous retail experience
- Passion for pop culture and philanthropy
- Excellent customer service and selling skills
- At least 16 years old
- Able to navigate the store, merchandise product, and handle up to 50 pounds of boxes
