Responsibilities
- Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages repeat visits from customers.
- Ensure sales floor zones are visually appealing and meet standards.
- Work the register to process sales and drive add-on sales through benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
- Assist with planogram changes, including updating store maps, walls, fixtures, and merchandising mixes.
- Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners.
- Work with Store Management to prevent misuse of store resources and theft.
- Help maintain the stock room and keep the store tidy.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members to achieve goals.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Store Leaders.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience.
- Passion for pop culture and philanthropy.
- Strong customer service and selling skills.
- Age 18 or older.
- Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and handle up to 50 pounds of boxes.
