Sales Associate

About the role

We're seeking a Sales Associate who shares our passion for pop culture and is ready to make a difference by providing exceptional customer service and helping our brand thrive.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages repeat business
• Ensure sales floor zones are visually appealing and meet standards
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales through BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix
• Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners
• Work with Store Management to prevent misuse of spells and theft
• Help maintain the stock room and keep the store tidy
• Support team efforts to achieve store goals

Requirements

• Previous retail experience
• Passion for philanthropy and pop culture
• Excellent customer service and selling skills
• Age 18 or older
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
