About the role
We're seeking a Sales Associate who shares our passion for pop culture and is ready to make a difference. Your role will involve creating an exceptional shopping experience, managing inventory, assisting with merchandising, and supporting the team.
Responsibilities
- Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages repeat business
- Ensure sales floor zones are visually appealing and meet standards
- Work the register to process sales and drive add-on sales through BOPIS and curbside pickup
- Assist with planogram changes, including updating store maps, walls, fixtures, and merchandising mixes
- Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners
- Work with Store Management to prevent misuse of store resources and theft prevention
- Help maintain the stock room and keep the store tidy
- Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals
Requirements
- Previous retail experience
- Passion for pop culture and philanthropy
- Excellent customer service and selling skills
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- At least 18 years old
