About the role

We're seeking a Sales Associate who shares our passion for pop culture and is ready to provide exceptional customer service. This role involves leading our brand’s mission of creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages repeat business
• Ensure sales floor zones are visually appealing and meet standards
• Work the register to process sales and drive add-on sales through BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes, including updating store maps, fixtures, and merchandising mixes
• Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners
• Work with Store Management to prevent misuse of store resources and theft prevention
• Help maintain the store’s cleanliness and organization
• Support team efforts to achieve store goals

Requirements

• Previous retail experience
• Passion for pop culture and philanthropy
• Excellent customer service and selling skills
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• At least 18 years old
