Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages repeat business
• Ensure sales floor zones are visually appealing and meet standards
• Work the register to process sales and drive add-on sales through features like BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Avoid misuse of store resources and support maintenance efforts
• Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners
• Support the store’s maintenance needs, including organizing the stock room and keeping the store tidy
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Store Leaders

Requirements

• Previous retail experience
• Passion for pop culture and philanthropy
• Excellent customer service and selling skills
• At least 18 years old
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
