About the role
We're seeking a Sales Associate who is passionate about pop culture and ready to provide exceptional customer service. This role involves creating a welcoming environment for fans to purchase their favorite merchandise.
Responsibilities
- Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages repeat business
- Ensure sales floor zones are visually appealing and meet standards
- Work the register to process sales and drive add-on sales through promotions like BOPIS and curbside pickup
- Avoid misuse of store resources and support maintenance efforts
- Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners
- Collaborate with Store Management to prevent theft and maintain the store
- Perform other tasks as assigned by your Store Leader
Requirements
- Previous retail experience
- Passion for pop culture and philanthropy
- Excellent customer service and selling skills
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and handle up to 50 pounds of boxes
Qualifications
