We're seeking a Sales Associate who is passionate about pop culture and ready to provide exceptional customer service. This role involves leading our brand’s mission of creating the best experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages repeat visits from customers.
- Ensure assigned areas are visually appealing and meet store standards.
- Work the register to process sales transactions and drive add-on sales through promotions like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
- Maintain and update store maps, walls, fixtures, and merchandising displays.
- Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners.
- Collaborate with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of store resources.
- Organize the stock room and keep the store tidy.
- Support team efforts to achieve store goals.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience.
- Passion for pop culture and philanthropy.
- Excellent customer service and selling skills.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- At least 18 years old.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
