About the role

We're seeking a Sales Associate who is passionate about pop culture and ready to provide exceptional customer service. This role involves leading our brand’s mission of creating the best experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages repeat business.
  • Ensure sales floor zones are visually appealing and meet standards.
  • Work the register to process sales and drive add-on sales through BOPIS and curbside pickup.
  • Assist with planogram changes, including updating store maps, walls, fixtures, and merchandising mixes.
  • Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners.
  • Work with Store Management to prevent misuse of store resources and theft.
  • Help maintain the store’s cleanliness and organization by keeping the stock room tidy.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals.

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience.
  • Passion for philanthropy and pop culture.
  • Excellent customer service and selling skills.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
