We're seeking a Sales Associate who is passionate about pop culture and ready to provide exceptional customer service. This role involves leading our brand’s mission of creating the best shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages repeat business
- Ensure sales floor zones are visually appealing and meet standards
- Work the register to process sales and drive add-on sales through promotions like BOPIS and curbside pickup
- Assist with planogram changes, including updating store maps, fixtures, and merchandising mixes
- Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners
- Collaborate with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of store resources
- Help maintain the store and stock room, keeping everything organized and tidy
- Support the team by communicating effectively and collaborating to achieve goals
- Perform other tasks as assigned by your Store Leader
Requirements
- Previous retail experience
- Passion for philanthropy and pop culture
- Excellent customer service and selling skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- At least 18 years old
Qualifications
