About the role

We're seeking a Sales Associate who is passionate about pop culture and ready to provide exceptional customer service. This role involves leading our brand’s mission of creating the best experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages repeat visits from customers.
• Ensure assigned areas are visually appealing and meet store standards.
• Work the register to process sales transactions and drive add-on sales through BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes, including updating store maps, walls, fixtures, and merchandising mixes.
• Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners.
• Collaborate with Store Management to prevent misuse of store resources and maintain a safe environment.
• Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Support team efforts to achieve store goals.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience.
• Passion for pop culture and philanthropy.
• Excellent customer service and selling skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• At least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Ability to navigate the store and use approved store equipment.
• Ability to pack and unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
