Responsibilities

• Generate leads and convert them into memberships.
• Follow up with potential members to solidify their interest in BODYBAR Pilates.
• Engage with current members to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Organize and efficiently manage member bookings and interactions.
• Work towards personal and team sales goals.

Requirements

• Goal-oriented with an ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email.
• Passionate about fitness.
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college preferred.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
