This is a sales-focused position, and one of the most important parts of the job is calling and nurturing leads. You must be comfortable picking up the phone, calling prospective members, starting conversations, following up consistently, and helping move leads from initial interest to an appointment and ultimately a membership. We are looking for someone who is self-accountable and takes ownership of their leads, follow-up, sales goals, and responsibilities without needing constant reminders. What You'll Do Make daily outbound calls to new and existing leadsConsistently nurture prospects through phone calls and text follow-upBuild relationships with prospects and learn about their fitness goalsSchedule prospective members for introductory experiencesPresent membership options and confidently close membership salesMaintain accurate lead notes and follow-up activity in our CRMWork toward individual and studio sales goalsProvide exceptional customer service to current membersParticipate in local marketing events, community events, and promotional pop-upsHelp generate new leads and build awareness of BODY20 in the communityComplete BODY20 Coach Certification and assist with prospective member workouts and the sales experience as needed Who We're Looking For Comfortable on the phone and calling leads Self-motivated and self-accountableHigh energy with a positive, can-do attitudeFitness-focused and genuinely interested in health and wellnessWilling to complete BODY20 Coach CertificationConfident, outgoing, and comfortable meeting new peoplePersistent and consistent with follow-upComfortable selling and asking for the businessMotivated by goals, results, and commission opportunitiesOrganized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-upsCoachable and receptive to feedbackReliable and willing to take ownershipComfortable representing BODY20 at marketing pop-ups and community eventsA team player who contributes to a positive, high-performance culture Part-Time Schedule: (could be Full-time for the right person) We are looking for part-time team members who can help provide coverage during the following times: Mornings: approximately 7:00 AM–11:00 AM Evenings: approximately 4:00 PM–8:00 PM Saturday mornings: approximately 8:00 AM–12:00 PM You do not have to be available for every time block. However, candidates with flexibility across multiple mornings, evenings, and/or Saturdays are especially valuable to our team. Experience Previous sales experience is strongly preferred. Fitness, membership sales, commission-based sales, hospitality, retail, customer service, or lead-generation experience is a plus. We can teach you BODY20, EMS training, and our sales process. What we need you to bring is energy, confidence, self-accountability, an interest in fitness, and the willingness to pick up the phone every day and consistently follow up with leads.
