About the Role

Join a team within various departments at Blain’s Farm & Fleet, including Agriculture, Pet, Lawn & Garden, Seasonal, Automotive, Food & Beverage, Clothing, Footwear, Tools, Hardware, Housewares, Sporting Goods, Plumbing, Paint, and Electrical.

Responsibilities

• Engage with neighbors in a fun, friendly, and rewarding team environment.
• Maintain a positive, respectful, and friendly attitude toward customers and team members.
• Assist neighbors in finding quality products and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Support a welcoming store atmosphere through cleanliness, product presentation, and accurate signage.
• Promote company initiatives, including the Blain Rewards Program, Associate Referrals, and Recognition Program.
• Ensure a safe work environment for all.

Requirements

• Great communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass a background check.

Pay

Base pay up to $15.00 per hour, with a $2.50 per hour premium for Saturday and Sunday shifts. Compensation may vary based on experience and is contingent on job requirements and market conditions.
