Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and preferences.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide detailed product information and effectively communicate the features and benefits of Audi vehicles.
- Negotiate sales transactions and complete necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team and management to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, incentives, and financing options.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements
- At least one (1) year of previous experience in automotive sales or a related sales role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and customer trust.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
