Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in both Spanish and English, ensuring a positive and seamless sales experience.
- Present and explain vehicle features and benefits to customers.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to build strong relationships.
- Work closely with the sales team and management to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of current inventory and promotions.
- Aid in test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
- Ensure all sales documentation is accurately completed and processed.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous sales experience preferred, especially in automotive or retail environments.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Valid driver’s license.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
