What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Sales Manager in the day-to-day management of the sales platform, including additional sales support, responding to inquiries and opportunities from our partners and financial advisors; and any leads generated through Kestra’s Network, Arden’s website, and Wealth Advisor Leads.
- Management of closed business and sales pipeline reporting, capturing key business analytics for internal reporting.
- Management of reporting to partners of closed business and the current sales pipeline.
- Managing the end-to-end KYC process
- Conducting preliminary reviews of trust documents and statements of assets in order to build out sales opportunities
- Cooking with sales representatives on scheduling new accounts for acceptance.
- Managing the Salesforce platform as the lead Salesforce administrator
- Responsible for the ongoing training of current employees as well as the development and presentation of material to new hires with regards to Salesforce and sales processes
- Expanding and deepening Arden’s relationships with existing partners via regular communication and email.
- Managing and updating marketing material with partner platforms.
- Coordination of client events, speaking engagements and sales conferences
- Create presentation material and analytic reporting
What You Bring
- A 4 Year College Degree
- 3 or more years’ experience
- Knowledge of and experience in trust, legal and investments.
- Experience in both Sales and Operations
- Ability to take on multiple tasks simultaneously and manage effectively.
- High attention to detail.
- High personal interaction skills and team player.
