Membership Sales and Retention

• Being able to qualify, inform, inspire, and convert leads to members.
• Giving knowledgeable tours of the club to potential members, highlighting the advantages and benefits of an Anytime Fitness membership.
• Understanding the policies and procedures of the membership agreement in order to help new members sign up.
• Be knowledgeable of the personal training and classes being offered in order to serve our members better.
• Assisting existing members with billing changes, questions or issues. This can be in person, over the phone and email.
• Engage with members and guests each time they enter and leave the club.
• Work with owner/manager on social media and marketing content and presentations.
• Maintain a clean club environment. Including: restocking and cleaning/disinfecting bathrooms, machines, vacuuming and mopping daily.
• Understand, sell and maintain inventory of merchandise and supplements.
• Work with owner/manager to understand any changes or new tasks that need to be accomplished.

• Available to work flexible hours [mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends]
