Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• A desire for meeting and exceeding customer expectations on every visit.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment to ensure the store is always customer ready.
• Ability to ensure proper food preparation and presentation including making one of our customer-favorites….coffee!
• Excellence in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting our rewards loyalty program.
• Able to follow proper health code guidelines.
• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• A positive attitude.
• Experience in cashier, customer service, retail, or foodservice is not required.
• Training programs will prepare you to excel in the role.

Qualifications

• Must acknowledge and understand that this position is for a potential employment opportunity at a 7-Eleven convenience store operated by an independent contractor franchisee of 7-Eleven, Inc.
• You must communicate directly with the franchisee who will conduct the entire hiring process.
• The franchisee is solely responsible for all hiring decisions and other employment matters and may contact you to request additional information or conduct an interview.
• Each Franchisee solely controls all aspects of his or her employment practices.
