Responsibilities

• Maximize excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Meet or exceed minimum sales standards and assigned sales goals
• Maintain ongoing relationships with customers through continued contact
• Prospect new customers through networking and clienteling efforts
• Complete all required initial and ongoing sales training programs and attend store meetings
• Adhere to company policies and procedures; perform other duties as assigned
• Communicate professionally with customers, clients, management, and colleagues
• Work independently and cooperatively as part of a team

Requirements

• Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
• Customer service experience (face-to-face preferred)
• High-energy, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented personality
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Willingness to learn and ability to be trained/coached
• Retail, hospitality, or service industry experience preferred
• Sales, upselling, marketing, or interior design experience/education preferred
• Proficiency with computerized systems (Windows, Microsoft Office, POS, digital/mobile devices)
• Ability to meet physical demands of the position
• High School Diploma and/or GED equivalent or above
