Responsibilities
- Possessing a current and valid driver’s license.
- Regularly driving for extended periods and intermittently throughout the workday.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients as a trusted advisor.
- Providing strategic marketing solutions to clients to achieve their goals.
- Engaging in sales presentations and in-person client visits.
- Growing revenue by prospecting new clients and growing existing accounts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college or university.
- Three or more years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales; or equivalent experience in the Multifamily industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
- A track record of commitment to prior employers.
