Responsibilities
- Make all customers feel welcome and taken care of by exceeding their expectations and providing an exceptional brand experience.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of the products and styling to advise customers of all shapes, sizes, and ages.
- Maintain an active client book, contacting clients regularly and providing appropriate follow-up.
- Create meaningful relationships with customers to personalize interactions, build loyalty, and develop brand ambassadors.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
- Work as a team player, partnering with fellow associates and fostering open communication, to ensure a consistent customer experience and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Maintain a strong desire to continue to learn and grow every day.
- Maintain seamless operations and processes according to brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Passion for womenswear with knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and styling preferred.
- Kind, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude with a desire to serve others and provide memorable hospitality.
- Proven ability to quickly build rapport and relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and/or team sales goals.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to graciously handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skills.
- Has a proactive, self-starter mindset that brings new ideas and solutions to the team.
- Is a motivated, resourceful problem-solver and team player with a "no task is too small" attitude.
- Approaches situations with positivity, flexibility, and creativity, even under pressure with tight deadlines.
