As a Sales Associate, you are the ultimate brand ambassador. You create authentic connections with customers and guide their shopping journey by offering personalized styling recommendations. You help keep the store looking beautiful by ensuring merchandise is well-organized and in the right place on the sales floor, ready to impress customers.
Responsibilities
- Create authentic connections with customers and guide their shopping journey.
- Offer personalized styling recommendations.
- Drive brand loyalty through brand behaviors and personalized service.
- Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
- Stay informed on company priorities and promotions using available tools.
- Provide a seamless omnichannel shopping experience for customers.
- Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations.
- Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and being helpful to others.
Requirements
- Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
- A hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
- Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
- Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
