Responsibilities

• Maximize excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
• Meet and/or exceed minimum sales standards and assigned sales goals
• Prospect new customers through networking and clienteling efforts
• Complete all required initial and ongoing sales training programs and attend store meetings
• Communicate professionally with customers, clients, management, and colleagues
• Work independently and cooperatively as part of a team

Requirements

• Flexibility/availability to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
• Customer service experience (face-to-face preferred)
• Excellent and effective communication and listening skills
• Willingness to learn and ability to be trained/coached
• Retail, hospitality, or service industry experience preferred
• Sales, upselling, marketing, interior design experience and/or education preferred
• Experience/proficiency with computerized systems (Windows, Microsoft Office, POS systems, digital/mobile devices)
• High school diploma and/or GED equivalent or above
