Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales, engaging with customers, and maintaining a high level of customer service. Specific responsibilities include:

• Delivering next-level customer experiences to crush sales goals
• Conducting piercings and educating customers on aftercare
• Maintaining a sterile environment and addressing customer questions and concerns
• Maintaining store displays, inventory, and layouts to create a fun and effortless shopping experience
• Supporting the Store Manager and motivating the team to create a positive and high-energy vibe
• Representing the Claire's brand and staying up-to-date on the latest fashion and social media trends
• Supporting store operations, including processing deliveries and executing visual merchandising displays
• Encouraging customers to share their experiences on social media

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should be able to:

• Conduct piercings while demonstrating patience and empathy
• Operate a Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently
• Stand during scheduled shifts and lift/maneuver 11-35kg (25-75lbs)
• Bend, stoop, twist, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
• Have a strong grasp of mathematics and reading comprehension
• Have a passion for fashion and an interest in the latest trends
• Create a curated fashion look with product during your shift
