About the role

We are looking for a sales assistant to join our team. Our multicultural team connects our unique style with people all over the world.

Responsibilities

• Welcome our customers and politely offer assistance.
• Advising customers, demonstrating excellent product knowledge.
• Quickly identifying and responding appropriately to customer needs to maximize sales.
• When serving several customers at the same time, provide each with professional advice.
• Ensure that customer service takes priority over other tasks.
• Keep the shop tidy and attractive.
• Know the store's sales targets and the level of their achievement.
• Participate in cash register and warehouse operations, prepare products for sale.
