About the role

As a Store Colleague, you will play a key role in ensuring every day an exceptional experience is provided, making people feel valued, supported and connected to our products.

With a positive approach, team spirit and passion for human contact, you will contribute to the smooth running of the store and maintaining the high standards that distinguish us.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming people with safety and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find the most suitable products.
• Using store devices to verify availability, suggest alternatives and support a full customer experience.
• Maintaining the store tidy, organized and always stocked, ensuring displays are up-to-date and aligned with our brand.
• Supporting daily store activities, including cash operations, restocking and following store safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• A positive and enthusiastic attitude, suited to a dynamic retail environment focused on customers.
• Good communication skills, comfortable interacting and collaborating in teams.
• Availability to learn, take on new responsibilities and develop your skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings and peak periods.

• Proactive attitude, confidence in approaching customers and seizing sales opportunities.
• Strong attention to detail, to ensure stores are always well-maintained and welcoming.
