Responsibilities
- Support field sales representatives with administrative and operational tasks
- Manage incoming leads and ensure timely follow-up with prospects and clients
- Schedule consultations, site visits, and installations
- Prepare and send proposals, estimates, and sales documentation
- Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline activity in the CRM
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing professional and prompt responses
- Cook up with installation and operations teams to ensure projects stay on track
- Aid with post-sale follow-up and customer satisfaction
- Help organize sales materials, presentations, and reporting
- Attend internal meetings and trainings as needed
- Serve as the first point of contact for showroom visitors
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales support, administrative, customer service, or office coordination preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic office software
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor when working with high-end clientele
- Experience in home services, construction, or related industries is a plus
