Sales Assistant Internship

Must reside in the Greater Los Angeles Area; the first week is on-site.

About the role

This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in sales operations and client relationship management, contributing to the company's growth and success. The Sales Intern will support the sales team by assisting with various tasks and projects aimed at driving sales growth and enhancing client relationships. This role offers hands-on experience in sales operations, client engagement, and administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Understand the company’s suite of investigative services in relation to the insurance risk industry.
• Attend and actively participate in weekly sales and operational meetings.
• Log and document all sales-related activities in the CRM system.
• Assist the sales department in client correspondence related to case confirmations, status updates, and general follow-up.
• Conduct research on the current market and identify opportunities for outreach and expansion.
• Assist the sales department in connecting with clients through general correspondence and occasionally attend external events such as customer outings or local seminars.
• Work with the sales team to identify and connect with prospective clients in the insurance risk industry.
• Collaborate with the internal sales team to process new referrals.
• Occasionally join the General Manager and Account Manager for external customer meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must currently reside in the Greater Los Angeles area.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and documentation.
• Ability to conduct thorough research and build detailed contact pages.
• Experience in client engagement and relationship management.
• Proactive and organized approach to tasks and responsibilities.

Pay

$19 hourly.

Schedule

20 to 25 hours per week; flexible to work with your class schedule.
