Eide Mandan Subaru is seeking a Sales Assistant to join their growing team. The ideal candidate values customer service and seeks a long-term career opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, text, email, and in person in a professional manner.
• Build rapport with customers and prepare vehicles for appointments.
• Confirm appointments and prepare vehicles for demonstration drives.
• Transport vehicles to the wash bay facility and deliver sold vehicles to customers.
• Resolve customer issues and problems in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• At least 21 years of age
• Available to work mornings, evenings, and Saturdays
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Experience with commission-based sales preferred
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
