Sales Assistant - Darlington

About the role

Join our team of superheroes as a Sales Assistant in one of our Smyths Toys Superstores. This is a temporary contract in an expanding, fun, and exciting business.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service
• Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
• Work as part of a fast-paced and dynamic team
• Keep the store clean and tidy
• Pack shelves and merchandise
• Work delivery and complete price changes
• Work on the tills
• Learn about and keep up to date with our products to assist customers

Requirements

Our stores are open 7 days a week, so flexibility is essential. Retail experience in the following areas is highly desirable but not required:

• Outdoor/Bikes
• Nursery
• Software & Gaming
• Backdoor/Warehouse

Pay

£12.90 per hour for over 21, £11.00 per hour for under 21.
