About the role

Volkswagen North Scottsdale, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, seeks a Sales Assistant to join the team and provide exceptional customer experiences. This position supports the sales process, assists in finding specific vehicles, and follows up with customers post-purchase.

Responsibilities

• Find and present specific vehicles to customers
• Respond to customer inquiries and support the sales process
• Follow up with customers after vehicle purchase
• Demonstrate a sound understanding of industry trends, features, and benefits of each vehicle
