Typical Day of a Territory Sales Representative

• Choose sales route with an average of 15 appointments per day
• Inquire about vacant units, ask to walk units, notate repairs, and review with head of maintenance or property manager during each appointment
• Review sales routes, prepare calls, and perform minimal administrative tasks while working from the office

Hiring Process

• Within 48 hours: In-person interview scheduled
• Within a week: In-person ride-along day/half-day scheduled

About the Role

Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider. We repair minor damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels, and almost everything else. Our objective is to deliver a positive customer experience and cultivate lasting relationships by saving customers time, money, and materials that would otherwise end up in a landfill. Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product, allowing our technicians to carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and odor-free in under two hours.

Requirements

• Strong rapport skills and persistence
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Sales experience is strongly preferred
