This is the first step toward your career as a Sales Executive at Stylecraft, where we scout for future leaders. Schedule
Every weekend is required (this is when the magic happens in real estate).
Pay
Starting at $18.00/hour + a $100 bonus for every home closed.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of Stylecraft and the first point of contact for families visiting model homes.
- Guide prospective buyers through model homes, helping them envision their future.
- Manage the calendar, set appointments, and maintain momentum for customers.
- Ensure model homes look flawless and welcoming daily.
- Participate in active training sessions to develop into a high-performing Sales Executive.
Requirements

- You have a background in retail, hospitality, country clubs, or reception—any role where customer experience was a priority.
- You are organized, punctual, and possess a valid driver’s license.
- You understand that real estate thrives on weekends and are ready to put in the work for the rewards.
