The Details

• Location: In-Person, Jarrell, TX
• Schedule: Every Weekend Required (This is when the magic happens in real estate!)
• Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour + a $100 bonus for every home closed.

• Expert Guidance: Walk prospective buyers through our model homes and help them see the possibilities.
• Relationship Building: Manage the calendar, set appointments, and keep the momentum going for our customers.
• The "Vibe" Manager: Ensure the model home looks flawless and welcoming every single day.
• On-the-Job Growth: Participate in active training sessions designed to turn you into a high-performing Sales Executive.

• You have a background in retail, hospitality, country clubs, or reception—anywhere where "the customer experience" was your top priority.
• You are organized, punctual, and possess a valid driver's license.
