About the role

Phillip Jeffries is a global luxury brand offering more than 1,000 wallcoverings to designers and architects. This role plays a vital part in converting project interest into opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead to Order - Turn project inquiries into quotes, orders, samples, and follow-ups with precision and care.
  • Order to Completion - Ensure quotes and orders are processed accurately and payments are managed with care.
  • Operational & Administrative Support - Coordinate sales events, maintain client accounts, and support Outside Sales.

Requirements

  • Must currently reside in Nassau County, New York with the ability to support local sales territory.
  • 1+ year of experience in sales support, retail sales, sales development, telesales, or a customer-facing sales environment.
  • Strong customer-first mindset with the ability to manage multiple client relationships.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in order entry, quoting, pricing, and account management.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and follow through in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Comfortable working independently to manage orders and resolve fulfillment issues by collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence engaging creative professionals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Experience with CRM systems and ERP platforms preferred.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of interior design principles and materials.

Benefits

Your compensation journey includes a current base salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 annually, a quarterly sales bonus plan, cost of living increases, a generous retirement plan, comprehensive health benefits, and additional paid time off for volunteering.
