Sales Assistant
Your number one customer is the Loan Officer. You will assist them from the beginning of the application to closing, working closely with processors and applicants throughout the entire loan process. To succeed in this role, you’ll need strong communication skills and a passion for providing an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage all clerical tasks necessary to facilitate timely loan closings as directed by manager
- Hold a current, valid NMLS appointment and appropriate State licensing in good standing
- Assign loan files
- Maintain document mailing/conversation log in LOS
- Split and stack loan documents
- Provide overflow document-drawing support as needed or directed by supervisor
- Handle departmental filing
- Perform various PTF functions including VOE, VOM, VOD, and other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum one to two years of operations and drawing loan documents (or comparable experience)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and business-relationship skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Technologically proficient
- High school diploma or equivalent
