Sales Assistant

About the role

As a Sales Assistant, your number one customer is the Loan Officer and you will be assisting them from the beginning of the application to closing. You will work closely with processors and applicants throughout the entire loan process. To succeed, you will need to create raving fans by having strong communication skills and a passion for providing an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities

• Manages all clerical tasks necessary to facilitate timely loan closings on behalf and as directed by manager.
• Have a current, valid NMLS appointment and appropriate State licensing in good standing.
• Assigns loan files.
• Maintains document mailing/conversation log in LOS as directed.
• Splits and stacks loan docs.
• Provides overflow doc drawing support as needed or directed by supervisor.
• Departmental filing.
• Performs variety of PTF functions including but not limited to VOE, VOM, VOD.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum one to two years of operations and drawing loan docs (or comparable experience).
• Strong interpersonal-communication and business-relationship skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Excellent analytical, written communication and verbal communication skills.
• Technologically proficient.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay

USD $20.00 per hour (both minimum and maximum)
