About the role

The Omega Builders New Home Sales Assistant is responsible for providing support to the Sales Agents in day-to-day duties. The primary duty of the position is to assist in making sales. The Sales Assistant will customarily and regularly be working at model homes, away from Omega’s corporate offices.

Responsibilities

• View each walk-in, call, or email as an opportunity to fulfill a customer’s need
• Show knowledge of communities, homes, and the construction process
• Provide timely feedback to customers and to the corporate office
• Assist Sales Agents in meeting or exceeding monthly/annual goals
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of preparing new home contracts
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of financing and closing procedures
• Assist in maintaining the condition of the model home and on-site completed inventory of homes
• Be available to work evenings and weekends
• Perform various clerical functions assigned by Sales Agents and Sales Manager
• Maintain signage and equipment inventory – including installation
• Manage monthly model home supply order
• Complete monthly territory report
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• New home sales experience preferred
