Sales Assistant

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct regular prospecting and appointment setting activities
• Monitor model home appearance for customer presentation standards
• Ensure adequate supply of sales materials are on hand at model
• Demonstrate model home and present community/floorplan features to customers

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales or administrative experience
• Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent planning, organization, communication, and administrative skills
• Available to work 5 days each week, including 3 weekends each month
• Homebuilding or Real Estate experience is a plus

Your attention to detail will ensure our model homes are a great presentation of our product, your energy will help support our Sales Consultant Team from model supplies to competitive shopping and sales administration functions.
