Essential Functions
- Provide support to the team in technology applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Adobe Suite, JLL Aero, etc.) and other company-supported programs.
- Update and maintain the company Contact Relationship Management database to track prospects, clients, deal information, and expenses
- Manage property listings across multiple platforms (MarketSphere, CoStar, Loopnet, etc.) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Aid team with preparing and updating client-specific reports, tour books, market surveys, etc.
- Perform ad hoc administrative functions that support the business and revenue generation within the sales team.
- Prepare and execute expense reports on a regular and timely basis.
- Produce timely and accurate word-processed documents (reports, memos, proposals, charts, agreements, PowerPoint presentations, etc.).
- Perform general duties such as printing, binding, scheduling meetings, greeting clients, conference room set up, office maintenance, and ordering supplies
Qualifications
- 1+ years relevant experience supporting multiple people, preferably in the commercial real estate industry or other professional services organization
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook with ability to learn new software and JLL’s in-house platforms
- Proficient in Canva, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; working to strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign is a plus
- Project management capabilities, including multi-tasking, prioritization, deadline management, & the ability to work both independently & with a team
- Resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented, & willing to learn with a positive attitude & a drive for personal growth & development
- Able to assert discretion & professionalism when given access to confidential & private information
- Strong proofreading and editing abilities
