About the Role

We are looking for driven and results-oriented sales professionals to join our restructured call centre Sales team. If you have a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals, this is the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

  • Find potential customers, initiate contact, understand their needs, and close sales.
  • Deal with existing customers' orders and needs.
  • Proactively sell, ensuring customers receive tailored solutions that add value to their businesses.
  • Input orders into the system for collection and delivery.
  • Identify sales opportunities to grow existing customer accounts.
  • Generate sales through contact with prospective customers.
  • Respond efficiently to queries with appropriate information on products and services.
  • Manage designated accounts.
  • Interact with customers and process sales quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
  • Initiate sales leads in order to promote product sales and increase annual turnover, in line with sales targets.
  • Generate sales through contact with prospective customers, acting as a sales representative when required.

Requirements

  • Sales-Driven Mindset – You are motivated by targets and have a proven track record of achieving sales results.
  • Excellent Communication Skills – Strong listening, speaking, and negotiation skills to build rapport and close deals.
  • Problem-Solving Ability – You can handle objections, find solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Confidence and Initiative – You take ownership of sales opportunities and drive results.
  • Customer-Centric Approach – You understand customers’ needs and match them with the right products.
  • Experience in Sales or Telesales – Previous experience in an outbound sales environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong Computer Skills – Familiarity with Dynamics AX and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Eligibility to Work in the UK – Must have the right to live and work in the UK.
