About the Role
We are looking for driven and results-oriented sales professionals to join our restructured call centre Sales team. If you have a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals, this is the opportunity for you!
Responsibilities
- Find potential customers, initiate contact, understand their needs, and close sales.
- Deal with existing customers' orders and needs.
- Proactively sell, ensuring customers receive tailored solutions that add value to their businesses.
- Input orders into the system for collection and delivery.
- Identify sales opportunities to grow existing customer accounts.
- Generate sales through contact with prospective customers.
- Respond efficiently to queries with appropriate information on products and services.
- Manage designated accounts.
- Interact with customers and process sales quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
- Initiate sales leads in order to promote product sales and increase annual turnover, in line with sales targets.
- Generate sales through contact with prospective customers, acting as a sales representative when required.
Requirements

- Excellent Communication Skills – Strong listening, speaking, and negotiation skills to build rapport and close deals.
- Problem-Solving Ability – You can handle objections, find solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Customer-Centric Approach – You understand customers’ needs and match them with the right products.
- Experience in Sales or Telesales – Previous experience in an outbound sales environment is highly desirable.
- Strong Computer Skills – Familiarity with Dynamics AX and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Eligibility to Work in the UK – Must have the right to live and work in the UK.
